At S7 Real Estate and Property Management, we are Realtors

What is a Realtor and Why do you want one?

S7 LLC and its agents are Realtors. This means we are members of the National Association of Realtors. What does this mean for you? All real estate professionals undergo the same education, first to obtain a sales license. Once a sales agent completes the requirements they must operate under a Licensed real estate broker. When a sales associate has met the required experience they may undergo additional education and further testing. After testing education and testing agent may become either an Associate Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Broker. Associate Brokers operate under another Real Estate Broker. Real Estate Brokers establish offices, maintain escrow account(s) and may employ other Sales Associates and Associate Brokers. The NAR requires additional training to comply with the NAR’s Code of Ethics. This ensures your agent is held to the highest standards which are beyond those required through State Licensing alone.
